The Filter. We coordinate with probation officers and church leaders to identify candidates who need community service hours but want a future.

SERVICE
The Work. Candidates fulfill court-mandated hours assisting local fire departments, civic groups, and non-profits. They perform essential trade work.

TRADE
The Connection. Once hours are complete, proven workers are recommended directly to trade union apprenticeships.
